1 Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to 2ja bat. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules and agreement between you ("the Player") and 2ja bat ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the 2ja bat website, mobile application and all associated products including sports betting, live casino, slot games and the VIP programme.

These Terms apply to all users of the 2ja bat platform regardless of how you access it — whether through a web browser on a desktop or laptop, through the 2ja bat Android app on a mobile device, or through any other supported access method.

By creating an account on 2ja bat, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the platform, you are confirming your agreement to these Terms. This agreement is legally binding. 2 Eligibility & Registration

To register an account on 2ja bat, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 2ja bat is strictly an adults-only platform. Any user found to be under the age of 18 will have their account immediately suspended, all funds will be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be escalated in accordance with applicable guidelines.
• You must be registering and using the platform for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any other person or organisation.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during the registration process. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number and any other information requested.
• You must not already hold an existing active or previously suspended account on 2ja bat.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or close family member of an employee of 2ja bat or any of its affiliated service providers where such use would create a conflict of interest.

2ja bat reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point in the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the stated timeframe may result in account restrictions or suspension. Verification requirements are in place to protect the security of your account and the integrity of the platform.

Registration is limited to one account per person, per household, per device and per payment method. Attempts to maintain multiple accounts — including the use of different email addresses, phone numbers or names — are considered a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3 Account Rules

Your 2ja bat account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, including any bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested. This responsibility applies whether or not you authorised the specific action in question.

Login credentials: You must keep your password and any two-factor authentication details strictly confidential. You must not share your account access with any other person under any circumstances. 2ja bat will never ask you for your password by email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

Account security: If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 2ja bat support immediately and change your password. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending access to the account during the investigation period.

Inactive accounts: Accounts that have not been logged into for a period of twelve consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 2ja bat reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published in your account settings. Players will be notified before any fee is deducted. You can reactivate an inactive account at any time by logging in.

Account closure: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your designated withdrawal method following standard processing procedures, subject to any pending wagering requirements being completed or bonus funds being removed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 2ja bat are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied at any point. The balance you see in your account is your PKR balance.

Supported deposit methods: 2ja bat currently supports the following deposit channels for Pakistani players:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• Raast (bank-to-bank transfer via State Bank of Pakistan's payment rails)
• Bank Transfer (direct bank deposit)
• Debit and credit cards
• Other supported mobile wallets as listed in the Deposit section of the platform

Deposit processing: Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically reflected in your 2ja bat balance within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the mobile wallet side. Bank transfers and Raast transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times. If a deposit has not been reflected within 60 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal rules: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the Deposit & Withdrawal section of the platform and may vary by payment method.

Transaction limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit and withdrawal limits apply to all accounts. These limits may vary based on your account verification status and VIP tier. Players with higher verification levels and VIP status generally benefit from higher transaction limits. Specific limit information is available in your account settings under the Payments section.

Declined transactions: If a deposit or withdrawal is declined, the most common reasons include incorrect account details, payment method limits being exceeded, or a temporary hold on your account pending verification. Contact support with the relevant transaction details and we will identify the issue as quickly as possible.

5 Sports Betting Rules

The 2ja bat sports betting section covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, Test matches and bilateral series involving Pakistan), Football, Esports (including Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and PUBG Mobile) and other sports as listed on the platform at any given time.

Bet placement: All bets must be placed before the relevant market closes. For pre-match markets, this is typically at the scheduled start time of the event. For in-play markets, closure times vary by market type and are clearly indicated in the betting interface. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the bet is final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the player.

Cricket-specific rules:

• Match winner markets are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC or equivalent).
• If a match is abandoned before a result can be determined, void rules apply and stakes are returned unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.
• DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) method results are accepted as official for settlement purposes.
• PSL markets follow the Pakistan Cricket Board's official match results. Any PCB-imposed penalties or result reversals after initial settlement may trigger re-settlement of affected bets.
• In-play ball-by-ball markets will be voided if a technical interruption (connectivity failure, data feed delay) prevents the market from functioning correctly.

Odds and bet limits: Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet. Maximum bet limits vary by market, event and account tier. These limits are applied automatically by the platform at the time of bet placement.

Void bets: 2ja bat reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a data feed error, a palpable pricing error, or where the integrity of the market has been compromised. Voided bets result in stakes being returned to the player's account balance.

6 Casino & Slots

The 2ja bat live casino and slot games sections are available to all registered players who have completed the required verification steps. Live casino games — including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Blackjack and Roulette — are streamed in real time from professional studio environments.

Return to Player (RTP): Slot games on 2ja bat are provided by established third-party game developers. Each slot title has a published RTP percentage which represents the theoretical long-term payout rate of the game. RTP information is available in the individual game's information panel. RTP figures are calculated over millions of spins and are not a guarantee of results over any individual gaming session.

Game malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a live casino game or slot spin, the round in question will be voided and stakes returned. 2ja bat is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond our reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

Session records: All game rounds are logged and can be reviewed in your account's game history. If you believe a game round has been incorrectly settled, contact support within 30 days of the round in question with the relevant round ID.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

2ja bat offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, VIP cashback rewards and event-specific promotions tied to PSL and other major cricket fixtures. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they are eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated at the point the bonus is awarded or claimed. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means the full bonus amount must be bet ten times in total before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Eligible markets and minimum odds: Wagering requirements may only be completed on markets that meet a minimum odds threshold, which is specified per promotion. Bets placed on markets below the minimum odds, or on excluded game types, will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire if their associated wagering requirements are not met within the time limit stated at the point of offer. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without compensation.
• Bonus stacking: Unless explicitly stated, bonuses cannot be combined. Only one bonus may be active at a time. Accepting a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• One bonus per household: Promotional offers are limited to one per household, device and payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts are a breach of these Terms.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2ja bat platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed and may have their balance withheld pending investigation:

• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Registering or maintaining more than one account.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes in a deliberate and systematic manner.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of sports integrity violation. Any suspicion of such activity will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Laundering funds through the platform or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Abusing the customer support team, including the use of threatening, abusive or offensive language.
• Attempting to access, hack or disrupt any part of the 2ja bat platform's technical infrastructure.

2ja bat cooperates with relevant financial monitoring and anti-fraud processes. Transactions that appear unusual or inconsistent with normal player behaviour may be subject to additional review, which may temporarily delay withdrawal processing.

9 Responsible Gaming

By registering an account on 2ja bat, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Data may be shared with payment processors (including JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast partners) as necessary to complete your transactions.

11 Limitation of Liability

2ja bat provides the platform on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted, 2ja bat shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue or anticipated winnings arising from platform downtime, data feed delays or technical errors beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their own account credentials.
• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind.
• Losses caused by factors outside the platform's control, including internet service provider outages, mobile network disruptions or device failures on the player's side.

Nothing in these Terms limits 2ja bat's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

2ja bat reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account and/or via an in-platform notification at the time of next login.

The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms periodically. Continued use of the 2ja bat platform after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact our support team to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
